Good luck Donna...Nerves are normal...I had to take a final the night before my surgery so my mind was a little distracted...Surprizingly I actually went to sleep the night before surgery...I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and I wish you a very speedy recovery...

Good luck tomorrow!!  I will keep you in my prayers.  It will be wonderful!!.  I won't like and say it will be easy...because it won't be easy.  However, it will be sooooo worth it.  I am 6 months out and down to 217 from 325 at 3 weeks pre-op.  The pain from the surgery was so minimal that I started wondering if they really did anything.  It was the mental games I played with myself that made things hard.  I've learned how to work through all those and feel really good about the decision to do this.  I have a great surgeon and a wonderful medical support staff.  My family and friends have been so happy for me.  I am off all my meds except for my asthma meds.

You will be just fine.  Just follow the doctor's orders and start walking as soon as possible.  If they are like my post-op nurses...they had me up within an hour of getting into my room upstairs.  It will be a struggle, but it will be worth it.

Keep us posted!!
