Hmmm.  You just reminded me, I took my multis today and my D3 and my zinc... but forgot to take ANY calcium!  Guess now I'll get one dose of calcium in and my iron in before bed.  I'll be honest, I do forgot at least one dose of calcium kinda often.

 just want to add, Kelly...i printed out your supplement daily schedule(when to take each)...that is gonna help me out tremendously...and believe me, you are TOTALLY appreciated!!!!

I'm glad the schedule helped.  I think that's one thing that's really hard in the beginning, figuring out when to take all those vitamins.
