Help I need some RELIEF!!

You know that magnesium citrate you drank 2 bottles of right before surgery? They sell them in small pill doses, and/or you can drink smaller doses of the liquids and get the same dose. I hear it is supposed to be easy to absorb, healthy for you, and that 80% of Americans Not including WLS patients are deficient in it. That could loosen you up if your really worried...

Yes I am on full liquids until tuesday. I went to the store and got a suppository I rather do that then chance getting sick on liquid medicine. Thanks!

You may want to continue the stool softener for a few days or add Miralax to your daily regimen
Starting weight (12/10) - 346; Surgery day weight (10/11) - 282.4
