By Popular Demand-Mock French Toast
Ok, I am the one demanding this but I finally got around to making this. It really was good. It did remind me of eating French Toast. I had sugar free maple syrup and was very happy. I was going to have it as a snack but it really was filling. I had it over an hour ago and I still feel full.

This sounds great, and perhaps I'll try it. But meanwhile, it reminds me of a question I've been meaning to ask the veterans:
I understand that bread can be a real problem, given how doughy it is, even after chewing. But I've wondered if this is also true of the very soggy and well-cooked breads such as that in french toast or turkey stuffing.
I don't mind experimenting once in a while, but this board is the voice of experience!
