So yesterday my twin (my little sister/cousin) came over. I have been telling her over the past few weeks that we look like we are almost the same size. So last night while we wer in my room I asked her to let me try on her pants. I have not bought or tried on any new pants since surgery. We swapped and her size 14 skinny jeans not only went up on me but they zipped and buttoned too. They were a little too tight but I was in awe. Then I looked at how baggy my size 20 jeans were on her and realized I need to get new jeans and stop wearing the old ones I have because they are not flattering at all. So she served as my real-life mirror last night and I was super excited!!!! Tomorrow I ill go get a pair or 2 of new jeans, probably size 16 though.

Ok, is she  your twin, your cousin or your little sister?  Or is she your cousin who looks just like you and you are as close as sisters?  LOL

Hey just some advice, when you buy your new jeans, get 14's.  I know they are tight right now, but you are getting close to Onederland and it takes less weight between sizes.  If you get 16's you are going to be too big for them before you know it.  If you can go to good will and get 16's but I would be careful buying new cloths because you are very new out and your weight is going to drop fast and sizes are going to change even faster.  I went out and bought all this size 10 stuff and wore it for less then 3 weeks, then I got 8's and the same thing!  So I am buying 6's slowly......

congrats!

Only buy 1 pair and get a 14.  I have gotten 2 big of a size in the past only to regret it 1 week later.

I knew that would be confusing. She is my 14 year old cousin but looks just like me, like it is scary how much she looks like me. But we are as close as sisters and her mom has always been like my second mother. But she likes to be referred to as my twin LOL.

As far as the jeans, I think you ladies are right....think I will go ahead and get the size 14s so I can get at least a month or 2 out of them. Maybe I will get 1 and a few leggings since I can probably get more wear out of those.
