Well, it's official. I've hit my first stall. Last Tuesday I weighed in at 282.8 and this morning I weighed in at 283. :(

I know this is part of the package, so I'm not going to whine and complain too much about it and I'm not freaking out that my weight loss has stopped because I know that's not the case. In fact, I guess I should be thankful considering I'm 13 weeks out as of today and am just now coming to my first stall.

A new semester started today and I've purposely scheduled 2-3 hour gaps between my classes so I have gym time while I'm on campus and NO EXCUSES! :) Hopefully my time in the gym will shorten the life of this stall!

I had surgery the week after you and I too am stalled. I gained a pound week before last and stayed the same this week so I thought to myself "this must be a stall!"

My surgery was 12 days before yours and YEP I just got over the stall (just posted about it - lol).  It will pass just keep doing what you have been and stay off the scale for a lil bit

Best of luck
Starting weight (12/10) - 346; Surgery day weight (10/11) - 282.4

My surgery date was 11/30 and I stalled also. BUT, I'm pretty sure it was due to a cycle of decreased fluid intake causing dehydration, causeing constipation (also from liquid iron), causing decreased protein intake, causing my body to go in starvation mode. OMG. It was too much. Cause unfortunately if it doesn't come out, you can't put it in!!!! I KNOW I gotta get the liquids in, but only being able to sip 3 sips at a time sucks.
