Water Uugh
I'm having a hard time with my fluids and foods but exspecially with cold water, everytime i drink a sip of cold water it makes me sick, very nauseaed and i dont understand why, what could it be??? I had a EGD done like two weeks ago and they found i had two strictures and they fix that problem and i felt much better after that but like a week and a half later i started getting sick again and went to the er and they said i was very dehydrated they also did another EDG and found i had another stricture, not understanding why i keep getting them and why i'm having such a hard time with everything
I see people on here thats doing great and has none of these problems!!!

Strictures just happen to some people. I don't think anyone really knows why.
If cold water makes you sick, don't drink cold water. Drink room temp water or hot drinks like hot tea.

Hey Veronica I am so sorry to hear that you are having a rough time! I am praying that everything gets better for you from here on out! I agree with Kelly try hot drinks, even tho I don't have strictures I still get tired of cold drinks so I change it up threw the course of a day, like right now I am sipping on decaf coffe with SF vanilla cappucciono mixed in it yummy, and sometimes I will do hot diet coco! All of the hot liquids counts as your daily fluid intake!! I hope it gets better for you and God Bless!!
I still do better with room temp or warm drinks at over 1 yr out. You might also try a squeeze of lemon in the water. That helps some folks.
