Muscle Milk
Hello Everyone,
I am very happy to report that I have only 19 pounds left to lose to reach surgeon's goal of 146. I haven't kept up with putting my progress on the tracker. Needless to say, my loss has slowed down which is A okay with me at this point. I'm just working the plan and taking care of myself as instructed.
The question that I have for everyone is who on here drinks muscle milk? I have discovered it and I really like it......a lot. I just want to know if this protein drink is good for us to be drinking on a regular basis. The chocolate one that I like It has 20 grams of protein, lactose free, 180 calories, 3 grams of sugar, 10 carbs and not much fat. Thanks for responding.

there is a regular one, one that doesn't say light but fits the same nutritional values as the light (the one sold at walmart and target), and the light one. i haven't tried the regular one, the only place i've seen it is gnc and it's high in carbs, more for those trying to bulk up. the one i get i'm assuming is the same as yours as it has the same numbers, which is okay for us. i bought the light one once (at gnc because i wanted to try the chocolate peanut butter flavor) and did not like it.
