NUT appointment

I go to the NUT to for the first time since my op on the 23rd. I have not been on a scale since the hospital so I am excited and anxous to see what I weigh ( plus I hope to go on mushies!)

ok I'm home and I have lost ........12pds since surgery!!!!!!!!!!

I am not on mushies but they have added EGGS COTTAGE CHEESE RICOTTA CHEESE

I will have to figure out how to move my ticker
