What are you eating / doing today?
Breakfast was 1/2 c cottage cheese with 1/2 scoop Jay Robb vanilla
Lunch was sauteed veggies mixed with ground venison
Dinner was 1/2 c yogurt with a sprinkle of blueberries and granola.
Having a hard time with drinking still. I've been making 2qt raspberry lemonade with a single serve of another and the juice of a couple lemons/limes/geapefruits squeezed in. Tastes the best of everything I've tried so far.

I'm eating healthy but I'm eating too much! No wonder I'll be fat forever. Ok......
Breakfast: Costco protein shake 30grams protein
Snack: 1/2 pure protein bar and 1/2 mandarian orange
Lunch 2/3 of a wrap (roast beef, cheese, lettuce, lite mayo)
Snack the rest of a wrap and protein bar
Dinner 1 pork chop, a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese
dessert 1/3 banana
I found some low carb torillas. they have 7 net carbs but also 8 grams protein and 12 grams fiber. God knows I need the fiber or I won't number 2.
