It's neither!  I have grown tired of Torani - was never a fan of da Vinci. 

I discovered LorAnn oils/flavors a while ago.  The flavor is much more intense and the bottle is much smaller.  I also started using Capella flavor drops for water, coffee & shakes too!

Netrition has some LorAnn flavors, not everything; and they carry lots of Capella drops! 

I see you are in NY and went to the Giants parade!  That is awesome!

No kidding - i am going to place an order today too; I have run out of a few Toranis that I a replacing with the LorAnn or Capella, and I need some Quest bars, so I am doing Netrition.

I saw LorAnn has a red-velvet emulsion that I am going to order too (I have to order from both!; Netrition doesn't have the flavors I want).

Hey everybody, I've been seriously MIA for awhile now. I got married (yippee) and life has just gotten insane! But over the last four months, my "bounceback" weight finally hit me! 10 lbs up. Clothes getting tight. Not good! So I'm going back to what works. Being accountable to all of ya'll :)  It's hard, my husband is a junk food nut, who is exteremly picky. I'm probably going to end up cooking two meals for awhile. Hopefully this will help me get back on track!

1) cheese stick
2) soy milk & coffee
3) low sugar oatmeal
4) baked ham and spinach salad for lunch
5) special k bar
6) will probably have to grab something on the go tonight, possibly subway. I usually get a turkey on wheat with all the veggies and spicy mustard. I can eat most of it. (I remember the days when I couldn't even eat half!)
7) I'm sure I will have a snack. I've got the horrible muchies lately. Maybe just a spoonful of pb will satisfy the monster tonight!
