Update on Carla
I got the following message from Carla on the Bariatric Foodie Facebook Wall. She asked me to share it with you all to let you know she is ok.
THANK YOU CARLA. When people go to the ER we do worry and it's good to get an update if a person can give it.
She says:
"I went into the ER on Thurs morning thinking I might have a bowel obstruction. My bowels look fine, but I have a LOT of acid and bile buildup, chest pain, and abdominal pain still. They are waiting to do an EGD to see if my ulcer came back and to schedule the first of the two surgeries it`s going to take to fix the Papillary Stenosis. In the meantime, I`ve seen a pain specialist to keep my pain under control. I`m hoping to be out of the hospital by Monday or Tuesday. Thanks!"
