pain (discomfort) question

HI 'I had my surgery on the 23rd of Jan and  for the most part I feel fine   I had open surgery.   My problem is that when I am on my feet  or walk for more then 1/2 hr or so  My stomach area starts to hurt   I don't think its the muscles It feels inside.    I am hoping to go back to work after next week and I am on my feet walking most of the day   any suggestions?

Hi I had open in 2009. it is gping to take time!!! it has only been 4 weeks. Make sure that you have clearence from you dr first. and see if you can get an accomidations to be allowed to rest if thatbecomes a problem at work. And no lifting! I now have an incisional hernia that Is huge and I can't have surgery until I lose more weight!  good luck!
