Vitamin Order going in tomorrow. . . . Need advice.

 I don't see my NUT until Wednesday and I've got to get my vitamin order (via internet) in tomorrow to ease my anxiety over not being prepared so close to surgery date.

From what I've been reading, some vitamins come crushed or in liquid, this is preferable. Also reading about hair loss and biotin.

For the first time in my whole life, my hair is long and healthy. I really want to keep it that way. It's taken my whole life to get my hair this long and the last thing I'm going to do (crosses fingers) is cut it. Couple of questions on the hair . . . . can I still get my Brazilian Keratin Straightening treatment and single process permanent dark brown glossy? Or will my hair be too fragile for any chemical processes. What do you guys do to cover your grey or straighten your hair if you don't color?

So, prenatal vitamins are on my list and Biotin. Any other vitamins for hair &/or nails? Do these come in chewable or liquid? What brand should I order?

Calclium and Iron deficienicies, so need those two. Same questions. 

Monthly B12 injections, got that.

What else?

Make sure you get calcium citrate, not carbonate.  And yeah, you can get it in chewable.  And you can get iron in chewables.

I'm not sure if you can get chewable biotin or not.  I've also not seen anything scienitific that says biotin will prevent surgery-related hair loss.  A lot of people say it helps with regrowth, though.

My natural color is almost pure white. I get roots done every 4 weeks. And keratin treatment every couple months. I am almost 3 months out and just now starting to shed. My hair texture hasn't changed. it is just coming out by the root. It is a reaction to the anesthesia.. Biotin its suppose to help regrowth, as is adequate protein. Also she only does the root, she pulls through to end at the bowl when she washes out. I use a sulfate free shampoo. Organix with argon oil.
