Grazing... making excuses, or the answer?

I don't keep things in my house that will allow me to graze.  (like last night DH bought me cheese doodles for a treat, I told the him to hide the rest, I ate a bowl full).  If I saw them I would smash them up and dump them in the trash. I am a food addict, and I am fully aware of that so I can't have it arounf me...

that's the thing.. at home I am fine.  At work I bring "planned" snacks and justify it that way, but it is still grazing... right? I guess?

 Anyway, tonight I brought 2 snacks. When I go home I am taking the almonds and cheese home so they aren't here calling to me that I neeeeeed another snack. 

  I will find my way.  I have to.
