2 years out...What/How much are you eating?
I feel like I've fallen off a little bit and need to get back on track...I'm 2 years out and still want to lose another 60 lbs. I feel like I eat more than what I should be. Is there a guideline or any rules to go with what and how much we should be eating this far out? Also, how many calories should I be taking in?

I am struggling with this too. I can eat whatever I want for the most part. NOT GOOD.
I am also still trying to lose and even though I can't eat the way I used to, I can eat enough to stop myself from losing.
I'm really trying to get back to basics. Our post-surgery high protein/low carb diet is what still works for me, as long as I actually DO it. I'm not sure about calories. I'll be interested to see what others say about that, as I'm not really sure myself and I am very resistant to tracking. (know I should, but find it very annoying)

My nutritionist told me at my 1 year mark and 170 pounds that 1800 calories for maintenance and 1200-1400 to continue to lose 1/2 to 1 pound a week.
I must be pretty close to 1800+ calories since I haven't really lost but 5-8 more pounds since then - depending on what the scale says today.
I eat too much now and it's scaring me. The problem is that I eat until full - sometimes really full - and that is worrying me because 1) I don't want to fall back into obesity habits and 2) I don't want to stretch my stomach opening - I'm giving myself a good talking to and trying to get myself back with the program.
I can eat a cup to a cup and 1/2 of food. It's been pretty consistent for a while. Sometimes it seems like more if it's something like salad.
I returned to my little saucer and bowl to help me with my portions. I'm watching my danger food (for me these are the foods that seem have no limit in terms of volume)- for me this is sweets, chips, and crackers.
It's a day-to-day battle for this morbidly obese woman who is in temporary remission - I'm just trying to stay in remission - so far, I haven't gained and then not lost back (like after a trip where I eat a lot of junk).
We can do it - We just have to get strict with ourselves - I need to lose another 30 pounds.

I eat about a cup of food at a time, six times a day. I get 70-90 grams of protein per day, most days.

Protein shakes, protein bars, Greek yogurt, vegetarian chili, various beans, salad, sometimes eggs, veggie burgers (usually no bun), some fruit, small amounts of pasta and rice (but not real often).
