Bloated and Constipated

EEK! I'm having hernia surgery on the 29th and now this is making me very nervous I just got where I'm "going" regular again!!! How are you feeling other than the bloating and constipation you had?

Maybe I'll wait until after you have your surgery to answer you 
I told my daughter last night that if it weren't for the gas and bloating it wouldn't be so bad but I took some Milk of Magnesia last night and it really helped clear me out (TMI) and I still don't feel too good.  The incision is very sore and tender.  I am going to take it easy this weekend and hopefully be back to myself (or close) by Monday.
