Anxiety!!

 I'd call your psych and get an appointment sooner rather than later.  I was already on Prozac and Wellbutrin  before surgery, but I started having anxiety attacks after surgery (financial related, not having to do with the surgery) and he added PRN Ativan for the anxiety attacks.  I haven't had to take it yet, but I know it's there if I need it.

BTW, the Prozac and Wellbutrin haven't given me any bad side effects since the surgery.  I did have to get my Wellbutrin switched to a non-extended-release version, which I have to take several times a day.
