What's for dinner? Wednesday!
I dunno! I just got a notice that my house is being show between 5 and 6 so I can't go straight home. Sigh. I will get through this, I will get through this, i WILL...
Have I ever mentioned to you guys that I am REALLY not good with change? I do it...but I have to talk to myself like this to usher myself through it. I guess self-awareness is the first step in improvement, right?
Anyhoo...
Dinner. Not sure, honestly. I know I said I might do tilapia or yadda, yadda, but now since I have to keep the kid and myself away from the house for a bit we might go to Chipotle to tell you the God's honest truth.
So far today I've had
1. PB Greek yogurt w/ Fiber One
2. A Click Frapp
So I have ample calories to spend.

Pre Breakfast-FF Latte
Breakfast-Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal Banana Bread flavor. Forgot to add my protein so with the latte it was just too many carbs I think. I was hungry by 10:30
Which led to a pre-Lunch-Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of Bear Naked Protein...something granola
Lunch-4 oz hambuger pattie w/slice of cheese and Ann's protein chips, half a bag
Afternoon snack-Apple with 2 tbs Better n' Peanut Butter Chocolate Flavor
So I am up on carbs and sugar today. Greaaat. :-(
Dinner-Grilled Chicken breast, couple spoonfulls of black beans. Gotta get off this chicken trip too. Chicken Saturday, Sunday, lunch yesterday and now dinner tonight. Cluck cluck.
Aiming for a better day tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about the house issue... but who knows - sometimes change is for the better...
I really wanted crunch bars , or 2 or 3 ... but I am being good today... and I am eating pork loin. With mustard. (ate all night last night - literally).

I more than make up for it on the weekends. It was just a busy day today.
I had a Chipotle burrito bowl w/ guac for dinner, so I'm probably at my calorie goal :)

Today was a bit of this and that day but it was good I think
Breakfast - reeses peanutbutter like greek yogurt (chocolate pudding, pb2) and a dash of bran buds
L - 2 oz pulled pork - quarter cucumber
Snack - String cheese and pickle
Supper - Fried egg, sm slice cheddar, small slice tomato, 2 olives, 3 pita crisps. - ate the protein first just in case I had too big of eyes
I'll have to snack on something worth 12 protein tonight or maybe have a shake, calories and carbs good too :)

rough day anxiety wise today, and I have been exhausted from the time I rolled reluctantly out of bed.
B - P28 toast w/ SF strawberry preserves and "move over butter"
L - 1 laughing cow cheese wedge
S - 12 turkey pepperoni w/ 2 laughing cow cheese
- FIVE mini Hershey bars.... regretted those last 2.. blah
D - will be lemon dill salmon in 1/2 a flatout w/ provolone cheese and cherry tomatoes. Probably steamed veggies. My entire dinner, according to myfitnesspal.com will be just a little more calories than the candy (306 vs 210). *sigh*
