Well I am 2 months post op, and I guess I was taking for granted on the foods that I could eat! So lately when I eat something that is greasy, I start belching, and trying to digest it and it won't settle in my stomach, so I try to sit for awhile and I start to feel very nauseated, and foam starts to build up in my mouth and  there it goes!! Once I vomit I start to feel a little better, I still be a little queasy but not that bad! I have vomited three times this week, once after eating a peice of baked chicken, and once after eating some chineese house lomien noodles(which contains different kinds of meats) Then last night I ate a Fried chicken wing ( yea I know that I am not suppose to have it). I am praying that it is just the kind of foods that I am eating and nothing more serious! What do you guys think??

Chicken can be hard early on. Try something different for now and go back later to see if it sits better. Noodles are also hard on us. Some people can never eat them again, or can in very small amounts. Try some fish, a soft beef like a filet, or maybe well chewed ham.  Stay away from fried foods, well unless you like vomiting and re-gain.

Dumping can sometimes result in diarrhea or vomiting, but more often it is associated with elevated pulse rate and a feeling of being unwell. Sounds to me like you are getting teh "foamies" which comes from eating too fast and not chewing enough. Chicken is still hit-or-miss with me, probably one out of two times I have chicken it ends up not going down right.

Since vomitnig makes you feel better, it's almost definitely something that is stuck rather than dumping.

No, it's not dumping. . But it is an indication that you should stop eating greasy stuff.

Could be that you are eating to much volume as well as too much grease.  I get a bad stomach ache when I eat a small amount of greasy or high carb foods. When I eat one or two bites more food than I should I slime and vomit.

To make sure I do not overeat in case I am not sensing that sated sensation I weigh all my meals to be between 4-6 oz. no matter what it is.   that weight is for the entire meal so I usually choose at least 3 oz of protein in the portion.  I absolutely do not eat anything deep fried or fat laden and I do not eat any refined carbs at all.  I do not have any adverse reactions when I eat.  I have tried eating some steel cut oats for breakfast and I did get a stomach ache and so I do not eat that for breakfast now.  I can tolerate some carbs however like brown rice if I only eat 1/4 cup or less.
