The greek yogurt mixed with cheesecake pudding powder & sliced strawberries is my favorite snack right now!  So good.  I was mad this morning because my daughter ate all the strawberries yesterday so I don't have any to go in my yogurt today.  LOL

I'm on a hunt for canned pumpkin today so I can try mixing that in.  One of my favorite treats is pumpkin cheesecake so I can't wait to try it!

I find canned pumpkin puree with the pie fillings in the grocery store baking aisle.

Thanks!  I was trying to figure out the best place to look.  Around Thanksgiving/Christmas you can find pumpkin puree everywhere in the store, but this time of year, not so much.

Hi - Good lord you americans don't know how good you have it.  It seems here in Canada trying to find much suger free is impossible.  When it comes to pudding mixes, vanilla and chocolate is it.  I am thinking I need to get to a U.S. grocery store pronto!!!!

Really?  I wonder why.  Do Canadians not want sugar free stuff very much?  Can your grocery store order some sugar free stuff if you request it?

I don't know what it is.  There is some suger free or at least no sugar added stuff out there but far and few between.  I could probably go to websites and order stuff in.  Do you think I could find a sugar free popcicle?  The closest was a no sugar added popcicle.  The sugar content is almost the same on both.
Anyhow, I have a grocery list going a mile long that I have built up from various recicpies I find through eggface or bariatric foodie and on here so the next time I am near a US grocery store, I will stock up.  And we even have a WalMart but still not much  luck!

Like in that 1980's Reeses PB cup commercial where the guy with the PB runs into the girl with the chocolate bar----greek yogurt collided with SF Jello pudding mix today in my kitchen-----it would have been interesting for an outsider to hear the conversation between my DD and myself as we mixed up some of the suggestions listed here: "Come on, we are going to mix up some yum that the girls on OH are talking about . . ." "LadyTaz puts splenda in hers", "Oh, PoetKelly said to try the SF cherry pie filling, grab it." "Where is the pumpkin stuff?" Hee hee

DD loved the cheesecake with 1 splenda and also the pumpkin concoction. I cast my vote for the plain NF greek yogurt or the pistachio SF pudding mixture. We had some post-op kitchen fun and sampled some yummy mixtures too!

Great thread!!!!!!

BTW, I found the mix at Kroger, they had white chocolate too.

I bought some white chocolate, too.  I am trying to think up some white chocolate combination that sounds interesting.  White chocolate and raspberries?  That may be good.
I'm glad you are enjoying it.  Sure makes eating right a lot less of a chore and a lot more fun.
