Hope everyone is having a great week. Here is the defination for Gratefulness.....
I am SO grateful today that I have a good life since my WLS. Not that life was bad before but I feel like I am NOW living life. I am so grateful that I no longer have problems finding clothes that fit me. I am SO grateful today for being told about Obesity Help and having the opportunity to post on a public forum. I am SO grateful today for being allowed to post help and encouragement to others. I am so grateful for support groups. I am so grateful for a supporting family who loves me. PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today. Have a blessed day.

I'm am grateful my muscles hurt this morning. It lets me know I'm doing something right.
I'm grateful that a little business I started a year ago has taken off in a big way. It lends me a bit of security, knowing I can contribute and make ends meet if we fall into a pinch.
