After Eleven Years...Scheduled!

After pursuing WLS for so long, after so many heartaches and frustrations, even after giving up for several months last year, I am FINALLY scheduled for surgery on April 3rd. Those tremors you are feeling are not earthquakes. That's me dancing!

Wow! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought I had been waiting for a long time! 6yrs is nothing compared to 11 yrs!

I know you have to be SO EXCITED!!!! 

I am so thankful for the support I've found here on ObesityHelp. And yes I guess you could say I am mega-excited! The two weeks of liquid diet isn't even phasing me! Three years ago the physician's assistant at my surgeon's office made me do it just to prove I could. Lost 18 lbs in those two weeks and emerged with a smile. That was my dress rehearsal. Now its on to the main performance!

 What tenacity, you will for sure succeed!  Good luck!

Wow..11 years! Congrats on finally getting a surgery date...and I thought going on 3 years was bad...I am waiting for my insurance approval now..someone that works for the same company with the same insurance just go approved so my fingers are crossed!! Again Congratulations!!! And good luck with your surgery!
