What vitamins and supplements do you take?

 I would be afraid for your health if you hadn't taken any vitamins since 07 if that's when you got your surgery.
I got a preview long before I had surgery. My friend who had surgery about 15 years ago took tums and flintstone's. That's what they recommended then. Her bones are so brittle. She has had hip replacement, knee replacement and her back is totally screwed up. She is in her 40's. She has no teeth. She begged me when I got this surgery to commit to taking my vitamins.

 Bariatric Advantage Multi Chewable - 2 chewables once a day
Iron 18mg 1 pill three times a week
Dry D3 5000IU once a day
B12 2500mcg once a week
Calcium 600mg w/400IU D3 Chewable - 3 times a day

My doctor has me taking Flintstones Complete 2 per day.  I highly recommend Costco and Sams club for hey have the same ingredients as the name brands but much more inexpensive.

Breakfast:  Vitamin D3, Centrum Chewable Multi, Calcium Citrate

Lunch: Iron, Sublingual B12

Dinner: Centrum chewable Multi,  Calcium Citrate 

Bedtime:  Calcium Citrate


My D3 is prescription
I buy my Centrum at Walmart, and my Iron, B12, and Calcium at Walgreens.
