OT: SSRI's for PMS?
That is what I've always understood, as well.

not sure how old you are... but the symptoms may indicate low progesterone levels.
Have you consider using cream with bio-identical progesterone?
When I was sin my early 40's I have severe PMS (due to some BC ) and my therapist suggest the cream. I used it for 6 months, only for last haft of my cycles, and I could feel much better the second month.
Look for a book about perimenapouse. I liked this one. But there is so many others.
