Bounce Back Is Real X Post
I am experiencing the dreaded bounce back. In the last 10 days the scale has been going up even though I really didn't change anything drastically. As I thought, it is kind of disheartening to see the scale go up no matter how welcome it is. The worry about will it stop is always there. Ironically most of my clothes fit the same. I was a little disappointed because I thought I would be able to get into my favorite pants but not yet. I didn't get rid of my clothes from the last few sizes so I shouldn't need to buy any more clothes. A few of the smaller pants that I got in the girls dept are a little tight so I have tossed those to go to Goodwill. No loss there. I'm just going to keep an eye on it and be prepared to cut some things out if it looks like it is getting out of hand.
I have stopped tracking and I think I will start that again to see where I am at compared to a month or two ago.

Actually I am worried that something else is going on. For the last 10 days I have had a very severe headache, out of nowhere. And that is when my weight has suddenly started creeping up. I went to my doctor last Tuesday and I went back today and I was up 3 pounds since Tuesday. I know I haven't eaten 10,500 extra calories since Tuesday. I probably got about 12,000 since then. I have been eating exactly the same way for months and I don't know why it would start like that.
The doctor today said it had something to do with me having mild scoliosis. The PT said it was because of my posture. None of that makes sense. They took an x ray of my neck last week and it showed mild degenerative disk disease. I am going to see my regular PCP on Wednesday and see what she says.
