What are you doing / eating today? Monday
Busy day at work except for the short time I ran my husband to the airport to go TDY to Phoenix. Of course I had never driven to the airport so I got turned around when I left and started heading to Baltimore instead of back to work. Late now but I am so not used to sleeping alone when my husband is gone. I am so going to need extra caffeine tomorrow since I need to get up at 6. I am used to my husband driving us to work while I drink my coffee since we both work at the same place.
Breakfast:
Quest cinnamon bun protein baar
Snack:
sugar free caramel latte - iced
Lunch:
salmon and avocado sushi
Snack:
small handful of dry roasted nuts and later a Click protein shake iced mixed with low fat milk
Dinner:
sauteed cabbage, onions, asparagus with a little bacon and fresh thyme and topped with a poached egg

Mainly I go out to Coldwater Recreation Area, part of the Blackwater State Forest - they have electric hookups, a creek, stables, marked hiking / riding trails. I like Bear Lake in Munson, they have electric and hiking trails, and a manmade lake to swim in. The hike takes you to Krull Lake where there are alligators.
