I'm 6 months out, down 107 lbs. I've been following this eating schedule since week 6; the times haven't changed or the spacing, but the foods have progressed. This is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: protein shake (12 oz skim milk, 4 oz water, 1 scoop powder)
Snack: Fat free strawberry Greek yogurt (6 oz)
Lunch: Grilled Ham & Swiss (2 slices Pepperidge Farms very thin whole wheat bread, 2 slices thin ham, 1 slice thin Swiss cheese)
Snack: Pouch of Albacore tuna (2 oz roughly)
Dinner: Quorn Chik'n Gruyere Cutlet (OMG...I'm addicted to these, and the cranberry & goat cheese...soy free meat free yumminess)
Snack: SF popsicle
It's pretty typical. Actually, I usually go for a very low or no carb lunch, but I've been not feeling well and sometimes my body needs a little extra to get through the afternoon. Usually lunch is just meat and cheese or a protein shake. Since I was carby at lunch, I skipped the carbs at dinner, which is nearly always steamed broccoli, sometimes cauliflower.
