I am so happy! I haven't weighed since my pre op liquid diet which I started a week ago, but yesterday while walking with my neighbor she commented: "you have lost weight! Your stomach used to be way out here and now it's smaller!" I can tell I have really lost in only one week. Thank you God.

That is so awesome for you !! I am in my 6 mos ins. approval stage and pre-op diet... did you have to do that also? I am so nervous about the 10% I am supposed to be losing, that I dont think I have lost a pound!! Any tips you could share would be soooo appreciated! Thanks!

I didn't go on a 6 mo insurance diet. I just have to do a 2 week pre op diet. Guess what! I just weighed and I lost 10 pounds in one week! Yay! I'm so happy. Just stick with it. It will be soooooooooo worth it when u start losing! Good luck and best wishes! God bless.
