Stomach Upset following pre-surgery Endoscopy

Did anyone have stomach upset/pain following their pre-surgery endoscopy?  I got mine last Thursday and now 5 days later my stomach is still giving me fits.  Nothing seriously severe but enough to be annoying. 

I would call your doc , that doesn't sound right. Did they have to do any biopsy's? you shouldn't have any pain at all

Yeah, I had three biopsies - my esophagus, my stomach and my small intestines.  I've been doing some reading online and unfortunately it seems pretty common that people have pain afterwards.

I also was diagnosed with gastritis - an inflamation of the stomach, which is no suprise considering some of the factors are stress (high stress job) and aspirin (I get migraines so I'm always taking a pain killer or two or 10)
