surgery date???

Hi my surgery date got changed because of my coumadin levels...so it didn't get done til the 4Th ....how do I change it????

At the very top there is a bar that says home weight loss surgery community forums ect...click on my oh ..you will see my history.  Surgery is under there...go in there and then on the left side there is a little wrench thing..edit..change the date in there
