Turkey neck?!
I wanted to share this with you all.....Greer Childerss with Body Flex and Michael Thurman 6 week Body Makeover has an exercise for the area of the neck you are talking about.....Tip your head back til it stops then push your jaw out and up and then stick your bottom lip out and up toward the ceiling. OK, do this someplace where others aren't witnessing you (lol) and hold for 2 seconds...try this 18-20 times each day. It is awesome. I did this years ago & everyone noticed how much nicer this area looked in 2 weeks time. Hope it helps everyone!!!
