 Power 90 from beachbody.com
It's a 40 minute a day, 6 days a week, for 90 days routine and it's great! Go on the website and check it out. It's great for just starting out.

I take TRX classes and Barre classes at my gym. The TRX uses your body weight during the excercies and the Barre classes help develop long lean muscles like a dancer.
