3 month and ER Labs -- Please review..kelly and others
Right, and your vitamin A dropped a lot in just two months. And your vitamin D is only about half what it needs to be.

You want dry A, and not beta carotene. Vitalady has vitamin A, too. I use her 25,000 IU A capsules three times a week. They are really tiny and easy to swallow.

most things look pretty good - your potassium dropped alot from your 3 month
to the ER labs, you might want to eat foods high in potassium for a few days
your vitamin D is very low - higher than at 1 month but still way too low - you
want to be up at around 80-100, but atleast 80. I dont know what you are
taking but most people with a level around yours, need to take either
10,000-15,000 units of Dry D3 daily or 50,000 units of Dry D3 - 2 times per
week.
you are missing so much - CBC, iron, ferritin, iron sat%, vitamin B12, folate,
vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin E, PTH, selenium,
zinc, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, copper
