Saturday - What are you eating / doing? (have eaten / done )

Got up and took my car to the shop for new tires.  I tried to call my hubby to pick me up, but he wasn't answering the phone, so I walked home about 3 miles.  It felt good to be able to do that!

Breakfast - 2 strips bacon & half an Oh Yeah RTD protein shake
Lunch - leftover fish & veggies
Snacks - half an oatmeal cream filled cookie, half a Quest bar, and half an apple
Dinner - spaghetti w/ meat sauce & broccoli

B- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
S-2oz beef jerkey
L-cottage cheese w/grapefruit
S-1oz beef jerkey
D-3 Vienna sausages and 4 whole wheat crackers
S-chobani yogurt

Here's my eating today ..consider yourself warned...It's horrible.

B-nothing i was sleep

D-1/3c chicken salad + 1 mission carb balance tortilla-small
s1- 12oz nectar cappuccino protein mixed w/almond milk & water
s2- SF Jello Gelatin cup
40oz Water with crystal light

I can explain sleeping through 2 meals...I work 3rd shift so I sleep in the daytime.

 Hi All

Tried to sleep in but there seems to be a (explative inserted here) squirrel that took residence in the attic above our bed.  We sooooooo need to contact someone Monday.  I hate waking up at the crack of down when I should be sleeping in.  

Very early
Hot Click protein shake with sugar free caramel

later:
sugar free latte

Lunch:
2 turkey meatballs and a little sliced chedder

lots and lots of water after taking a very long walk with our German shepherds

Snack
to many chips while learning to play steel tipped darts

Dinner
Low carb pizzas with turkey meatballs, spanish chorizo, turkey sausage and uncured pepperoni...with onions, dried tomatoes and freeze dried jalapenos and a little smoked monzerrella

My husband and I enjoy making little individual pizzas together.

A few bites of a brownie for dessert

Oh, I tried the new mint cookie protein shake....very good
