Help! Am I eating enough?

 I really think you should just concentrate on decreasing the protein and don't worry about calories and carbs right now.  Eat more vegetables and fruit and see what amount makes you feel satisfied and also decreases your weight.  Avoid breads, pastry, corn, potatoes, sugar, rice, cereal, noodles, pasta, etc.  Get your carbs from vegetables, berries, and lower carb fruit.

To figure the right amount of protein multiply your weight by .37.  Those huge amounts of protein that you are eating puts more strain on the kidneys and is probably keeping your weight high.  I don't think you need more calories, I think you need less protein.

Tracking what you eat can help you identify the calories and carbs you can eat to get to and maintain your goal weight.
