Okay, I know this will eventually go away, but I could really use a little encouragement as I work through this first major stall.  I've been at 218-220 for nearly 2 and a half weeks, going on 3 ARG! Other than working out more, and I make sure my protein is between 90 to 110 per my surgeon because I'm running now, give me some hints to keep my mind right.

Thanks, this forum is so awesome.

My best hint is to stay off the scale.

Stalls are a good thing. You didn't jump up with the numbers when you were putting weight on - you went up a few, stabilized, went up a few more, stabilized, etc. It's that way when the numbers
are on the way down the scale. Be glad of the stall. You're letting your skin shrink back, your body is gettting accustomed to the new diet, exercise routine, and you are getting ready for the next round of losing. It's a great thing these plateaus. It doesn't sound like it now but later on when you're at goal you'll be glad you did it gradually and slowly. Easier on the body, the skin and easier to keep it off. It's hard but hang in there .
