My fiancee and I went on a cruise last week and it was super fabulous!! We had a blast... and I feared when I got home I would have gained weight as I always have... well I didn't!... in fact I lost a pound :) it was only a pound but it was good enough for me... lol... so that was my yay moment... now for my question... I have asked before and know that most people say to wait til 18 months out to consult for plastics... but I reallllllyyyy want to get things started... I have only lost a total of 10 pounds since Jan. 1st... I feel as if I am in maintence and am satisfied with my current weight (138) and size (4)... I guess my question is with being almost 13 months out do ya think I am in maintence? and what plastics are typically the best to start with... my "girls" are in desperate need of some work... and is it possible to have boobs, tummy, and arms all at once?... any advice would be appreciated... Thanks in advance :)

I LOVED my dress so I wanted to share my pic! I have posted some more cruise pics in my profile :)

WOW!!!!  Simply B-E-A-U-TIFUL. You look GREAT!  Don't know about the maintenence thing. Keep doing what your doing. It's working for ya.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

oh. m. gee. Super cute dress/picture. You look fantastic. I understand wanting "more" and the pursuit of plastics but from this picture I'd never, ever guess that you were at one point overweight!

Deb, you look just eye-dropping gorgeous.  And you'r such a sweetie.  So happy for you both.

Now, for your question, are you at your goal weight?  and how long have you been at this weight?  You are still soon out and may lose more which may really affect the girls position if you have plastics now.

First the dress is Fab!! Second, I'm right with you on the plastics! I feel I'm in maintenance as well and would LOVE to get this done. I think I'm going in for a consult, but curious to see what everyone else thinks about it...

You look FABULOUS!  Obviously what you think needs to be fixed is well hidden.

I had a plastic surgery consultation and went to a couple of general presentations before reaching my goal weight, just to find out what the surgeons required and recommended.  The surgeons all seem to have different requirements on timing.  Did you post over on the plastic surgery board?  The people there would likely have lots of valuable information for you.  Good luck!

Thanks for the comments everyone... I will post on the plastics board too... it didn't even cross my mind to do so... lol... and thanks for the compliments too :) I do feel lucky to not have extremely excessive skin issues but not everything can be hidden while laying on the beach... which is where I plan to spend my summer... lol... once again thanks y'all!
