Few post op questions about food
I think I started on salads as soon as I was on solids. Cautiously, adding one new ingredient each salad so if I had an issue, I'd know what to eliminate
Almonds are great but they're not low-fat, just thought I'd mention... though frankly between you and me I gained 100 pounds on a low-fat diet. I lost 53 on a "fat doesn't matter but carbs do" diet.... I officially gave up on worrying about good fats (the fats in nuts, olives, olive oil)

I think being smart about fats (which means nothing deep fat fried) You're likely to be fine. Ultimately WLS is about learning new habits, and chucking bad old habits. Food isn't evil. It's what we do with it that results in a healthy system or an unhealthy system.
