liquid diet
today is day 8 and that means my surgery is one week away 
Ive lost 10lbs so far .. so maybe id lose another 10lbs before surgery .. and i already lost 10lbs before when i was with my dietitian so a total lost of 20lbs so far before surgery and that is amazing to me ..if i can do this now i cant imagine how good it will be after surgery .. I'm getting so excited !!!
