The body's delayed reaction to rapid weight loss?

Try eating just half the quest bar and then a little later on eat the other half. Sometimes eating a whole one makes me feel like that, but if I only eat half at a time, I do much better.

I have done that several times in the past.  I used to do it pre surgery if I ate something with a lot of carbs like a donut.  It seems to happen more often now.  Most of the time it is with protein shakes.  Only certain brands do it to me. I always assumed it was a mild dumping or reaction to something in the shake.   I am curious what your NP says.  Please let us know.

I dumped on 1/3 of a brownie Quest bar so it certainly happens.  It was between 25-35 minutes after I ate it, got very warm, started profusely sweating, very light headed then dizzy, mild stomach cramping, then a crash and uncontrollable sleep for about 90 minutes.
