Progress pictures ~~ let's share

Looking at before and after pictures when I was initially on OH researching and waiting for my surgery always added happy thoughts that I COULD be successful with WLS and didn't have to continue on the path of fighting to lose weight, only to regain and add a few friends.

Last week I was out of town for a work seminar and had the opportunity to dress up and have fun. One of my girl friends took these pictures of me. Even at 7 years out I'm still in awe of where I've arrived and love to take pictures to keep it real.

So let's share, post a pre-op picture and an "after" or "progress" picture if you are still on the weight loss train.

Congratulations on the 25 lb loss, it is life changing. Hope you are taking lots of pictures, if you haven't be sure to do so.......it really helps wrap your head around the changes!
