4 months out and having trouble

I think everyone fears not getting the protein in. Have you tried sprinkling protein on your cottage cheese or applesauce, things like that. Love yourself enough to do what you know you need to do. I wish you the BEST.

Thank you all for posting on here. I read all of the posts and appreciate all the advice, and virtual 'slaps'. They were needed.
Kelly- I completly suck at making excuses you are right there. The reason I dont post on here is because I am normally on my phone. I was at school when i posted yesterday and am now posting today. But anyways you were right! :)

I bought my vitamins and set up a pill organizer. I put it right next to my bed where my water is. I got roasted edamame, 130 cal 14g protein( nice snack), will be getting more greek yogurt and found my unflavored protein powder to add to things. I was thinking about taking my tea and mixing some unflavored protein powder to it then when i drink on it throughout the day I would be getting protein. Anyone know if that would work well or not?

But anyways bottom line, THANK YOU all, I needed that!
