Week 2 Weight Loss
So you've lost 16 pounds in just two weeks? Well, that's more than a pound a day, which is a little faster than normal, but I don't think it's so fast you need to worry about it.

I went UP 4 pounds in week 2 so don't worry. I now only weigh once a month and it is bliss not being a slave to the scale.
