Here we go Sweeties!

I have my first one one one evaluation today.  It's with the Social Worker/Psychologist/Psyche Examer.  

I had been feeling pretty secure and confident. I think I'm doing this for the right reasons and it's the right time.  I'm 40 now and this has basically been a 32 year battle with my weight, they certainly can't say I haven't put the time in that's for sure.  

Last night though, I had a small little panic attack that I'm going to get laughed out of the office or fail at this like I've failed at dieting.  I called a friend who was wonderful and so patient with me and I'm feeling much better this morning.

If you think of it though, could you say a prayer/send positive vibes my way?  This is the first of three evaluation over the next week.

I have just finished those steps you are doing and now I am meeting the surgeon on May 29th and I can't wait!

They will not laugh you out of the office they are very supportive and have seen so many different people in your situation who's lives they have helped change for the better!  Relax, do whay they teach you and you'll be fine. We have all failed at dieting that is why we are all here...Get this "tool" that will make you feel fuller faster and as I've heard, it is worth the wait!

Thank you and thank you!  I think it went well but it's so hard to gage.  There were a lot of check marks on the page but not sure if that was to mark that we'd talked about it or that I'd passed - LOL
