Ohhhh Also on a side note - when it's colder outside make sure to put your hose under the covers. Or if you like to keep your room cold at night.  It will cause "Rainout" and that makes my sinus's go crazy.  Has to do with the humidifer heating the water and then the cold room turning it back into water as it tries to go through the long tube.

But like said above - once you get used to it really does make a difference.  All this talking is making me think that I shall pull mine out tonight. hahaha :D

It took 1-2 years of consistent use before I got used to it. It was a battle.

Make sure you clean the hose, mask and  chamber daily

First, I had a one of the nose pillow masks and I hated it, I ripped it off in my sleep, so I switched to a nasal mask, its better but Sleep Technologist guy said it leaks to much at my titration study, so I have ordered a fabric nasal mask, haven't received it yet.  I don't find I can really notice a difference except no more naps on the couch, I can't even count the number of pay per view movies I have slept through and the other difference is that I don't nod off when driving anymore.   Honestly, if the only thing it did was keep me from falling asleep when driving i would still use it.  Most people have to try multiple masks until they find one that works for them. That may help.  Also if you are really restless while sleeping make sure the machine is not near the edge of the nightstand, I pulled mine over one night and the hose filled with water and it was like I was snorkeling all of a sudden.
