I believe I hit my first stall. I will be 6 months out on the 27 of this month. I am terrified that I am done losing, it's hard to tell myself that it's not something I am doing wrong, I am constalty thinking I am doing something wrong. The scale hasn't moved in almost 3 weeks..... I don't want to be a failure.

On the bright side, I am still doing zumba 4 days a week, and am staring P90x!!!

Yep, it sounds like you are in a stall.  Our bodies are marvelous machines and have their own schedule.  They are not even aware that we are using a scale or even care.  I had my first stall around 4.5 months that lasted two weeks.

Congrats on your weight loss to date.  I will be 6 months out this week and I am down 92 lbs.

Keep doing what you are doing.  Weight loss is not a straight journey to goal weight.

I'm a little over 6 months myself.  I just got out of a stall.  t lasted about 2-3 weeks. I don't know if technically it was a stall because I had been letting the carbs sneak in.  But...I got back on track and the scale started moving again. YOu are not done losing. Stay the course!

I agree that this stage of weight loss can be nerve wracking, but don't worry.  As long as you keep to the plan, and keep up the exercise, you'll be fine.

You'll notice from my sig line that I've lost more than expected, and I continue to lose at 10 months out.  I too had a stall for about 4 weeks at six months,  - it seemed that I changed how I loose now.  My weight stays the same for 3-5 weeks, then I drop 3-5 lbs.  So I'm still losing almost a pound a week on average, but it's much less consistent.
