There are lean cuts of pork that are just fine.  Try roasting pork tenderloins, which are a lean cut. Be careful not to overcook it...the meat should be slightly pink when it comes out of the oven, then let it sit for 10 minutes to allow it to finish cooking and let the juices set.  (Cutting it too soon, they flow out and you get drier meat).

Take small bites and chew thoroughly.

You can also find some lower-fat pork sausages...healthy choice, etc.  Though they still aren't great in terms of fat content.

Beef can be good too....filet is very tender. Flank steak is lean and low-fat, and is great marinated and grilled.

But, how are you preparing the turkey?  THe trick to me is to enjoy it as turkey...not fake pork or fake hamburger.  It should be prepared differently in most cases.

Here`s a website that might work for you:

It`s really good to be experimental and open to new types of foods.  You might not like turkey sausage and I don`t blame you....it`s just not the same.  But, ground turkey to replace ground pork or beef in say, chili may work for you.  You can`t replace everything; you need variety in life or you have a larger chance at failing, I believe.  I find replacements, alternates, etc and experiment.
