Some days I feel like...
I feel like I could eat a house. Most days I have little to no hunger & would forget to eat if I didn't have my routine & schedule, but there have been a few days where I feel like I could eat any & everything in my house. At 5:30 this morning I had 1/2 cup of pinto beans & an oz of shredded cheese & then at 7:30 I had half of a protein bar ( first protein bar I've had in months) & just now at 10:40 I had a ham & cheese roll up with about 8 wheat thins & 7 little pieces of cucumber & I'm still not satisfied. What the heck! Maybe I'm just thirsty. Its driving me nuts!

1/2 cup of pinto beans about 122 cals
1 oz of shredded cheese aout 98 cals
half of a protein bar 145 cals
ham & cheese roll up 47 cals
8 wheat thins 70 cals
Total 482 calories. All I can have is 500 to 600 calories per day. Not to be critical, but this is what is called grazing and in my opinion will get you in big time trouble. Calories may very depending on brand.
