Nutrition appointment Monday...
Well, before my first one on one appt with her, I had attended a class at the surgeon's office. There the dietician had gone over our post op meal plan with us, talked a lot about portion sizes, and a little about vitamins and protein shakes after surgery.
At the first appointment, she went over that stuff in more detail and mentioned specific brands of vitamins and shakes. She talked about some food options for me since I am a vegetarian and she didn't really talk about vegetarian sources of protein in the class.
